Message from Rita

Dear Readers,
If you've given much thought to procrastination, you know that the state of "being overwhelmed" is a HUGE contributor to the whole Putting-Off-habit.

Those instances when you have too much to do and too little time.
Or so much to do that you know you can't possibly do it all.

Like many others, I am easily overwhelmed. Back in my procrastinating days when "Overwhelming-itis" hit me and I'd think I had so much to do that I didn't know where to start, I'd simply decide to nap, watch TV or read.

And it wasn't just "too much to do" that would squash me. I seemed to get overwhelmed in a ton of different ways.

When too much information is thrown at me at once, it seems to overwhelm me to the point that I hardly remember any of it. Tell me one joke and I love telling it for months. Tell me five and I don't remember any of them.

Do you ever "hit a wall" when someone is teaching you new software or how to get a book published, and you just have to say "Stop. I can't learn any more of this right now."

In the first computer class I ever took, the teacher began by teaching us that control/home brought me to the top of the page, and control/end brought to the bottom. At the end of the six-hour seminar, that was all I retained. I had pages of notes but couldn't make any sense of it.

In teaching people techniques and strategies to break the procrastination habit, I've searched for ways to break the information into a lot of small bits instead of one huge learning session. When people read my books, they can move at any pace they want, but there are many people who don't learn from reading, or look for ways to enhance or supplement what they read.

As a speaker, I present one-hour keynotes and often half-day or full-day training sessions. At the end, I hope people are going home with enough support for the info I presented, because we cover a lot and I often wonder if anyone was "hitting a wall".

Well, I've come across something that might be exactly what I've been looking for. I’m excited to introduce you to my special 30 day online program! It’s called: "Break Your Procrastination Habit...Today!" It takes just 2 minutes every day for 30 days, and contains personal daily videos from me, each of which has a story, lesson, and simple daily action to help break the "putting-off habit".

What makes this program special, achievable, and - even - life transforming? Well…

  •  It contains my biggest secrets learned over years of sharing this material.
  • You can do it with your morning coffee: Just two minutes a day for 30 days.
  •  You will see your progress because each day there is a chart you can fill in.
  •  When people complete the program they improve - guaranteed!

One more neat thing about this Program: I have put it together in partnership with an organization called Avanoo. Avanoo has partnered with 100 of the best authors and experts in the world to create similar kinds of 30 day programs such as Leadership, Weight Loss, Productivity and Pain Relief.

My 30-day Procrastination Program will cost $34.95, but if you purchase it before Sept.16, it is only $14.95.
Or if you get a membership to Avanoo ($9.99/month or $99.99/year), you’ll get my Program FREE. There’s no payment on a trial membership for the first 30 days, and you can cancel anytime. Additionally, you’ll get access to Programs from many other experts & you can select one free program every month.

My last thought: this is a brand new way of learning. If you decide to try my program or any of the others, please let me know what you think. I'm interested in your input and opinions.

Warmly,
Rita
